Rules of Entry and Play
1. Please sign a waiver before entering the play area.
2. Have fun, but remember that all playgrounds come with inherent risks of injury.
3. We do not take responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings.
4. For the safety of everyone, socks are mandatory for both parents and children while in the play area. Shoes are not allowed, but you can purchase non-slip socks if needed.
5. Adults are welcome, but entry is only permitted when accompanied by a child.
6. Children are welcome, but they must be accompanied by an adult.
7. We're here to provide a fun environment, but we are not babysitters. Parents or guardians must be present at all times with their children. You are responsible for your child's safety and must stay on-site.
8. Please refrain from running or jumping, especially into the ball pit or other equipment.
9. Children should not climb on the slides, play areas, or tables and chairs.
10. Keep the balls in the ball pit; toys are not allowed in there or on the slides.
11. "I Love Indoors" has a strict anti-bullying policy. Any child or adult engaging in bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior will be asked to leave without a refund.
12. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave for unacceptable behavior.
13. No food or drinks are permitted in the play area. Please enjoy your snacks and beverages in designated areas only.
14. Smoking, whether cigarettes or e-cigarettes, is not permitted on the premises. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a healthy environment for all our guests

Admission is $15 for the first child, $12 for siblings, and $10 for crawlers.
We offer group rates of $12 for groups of 5 or more and $10 for groups of 10 or more.
We accept all major debit/credit cards, Cash App, Apple Pay, and Zelle.
However, we do not accept cash.
We are open everyday Monday-Sunday 10am-7pm, Wednesday 9am-7pm (Except July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day).
Occasionally, we close for private events and parties, and we announce these closures on our social media platforms. Alternatively, you can reach out by calling us or using the convenient chat box at the bottom!
No, a reservation is not required; simply walk in and play. Admission is valid all day. Please note that reservations are only required for classes.
I Love Indoors is designed for children aged 6 months to 7 years old, but older siblings are welcome to assist their younger siblings.
Yes, everyone must remove their shoes and wear socks at all times. Both parents and children need to wear socks. Grip socks are available for purchase for $3 each.
Yes, food and beverages are allowed but must be kept in our designated food area. Please refrain from bringing any food or drinks into our play area.
Yes, we offer Visit Passes or Monthly Memberships.

Yes, we offer several birthday party packages that include playtime, decorations, add-ons and much more. Please contact us for more information and to book your party.
We do not offer a refund for admissions. However, we value your opinion and insights on any situation that may have occurred, prompting your request for a refund.
Our policy regarding cancellations or rescheduling is as follows:
For party deposits, we do not offer refunds, but we are flexible with rescheduling. Birthday parties can be rescheduled to any available date.
For events paid in advance, no refunds will be issued.
Please note that there are no refunds for classes. If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to reach out to us.
Cleanliness is our utmost priority. Our staff is rigorously trained to clean, sanitize, and disinfect the facility. Throughout the day, they ensure that everything is in its place, ready for children to play. After busy periods, we conduct thorough disinfection and organize the space.
Each morning, before your little ones arrive, we perform a comprehensive disinfection routine. At the end of the night, a deep cleaning takes place to eradicate any lingering germs. In addition, we've partnered with a professional company to steam our equipment, floors, and couches.
Our ball pit undergoes a meticulous process: it's emptied, deeply cleaned, and replenished with new balls, maintaining a fresh and hygienic play environment.
